FOUNDER
Nolawi Taddesse
An international development professional with more than 10 years of experience working with the World Bank, London School of Economics, Innovations for Poverty Action, PwC and UNAIDS.
He leads research and evaluation implementation, complex project delivery, data collection design, data management, capacity building and client partnerships. Nolawi holds a Master’s in Epidemiology from the University of Michigan.
DATA ANALYTICS SPECIALIST
Alehegn Worku Engdaw
A statistician and data analytics specialist with more than a decade of experience supporting international and local organizations, including USAID’s Feteh Activity and the Family Guidance Association of Ethiopia.
Alehegn has led data management and analysis for several baselines, evaluations, assessments and capacity-building assignments. His expertise includes data-collection programming, database development, MEL frameworks and analysis using Stata, SPSS, Excel, OpenCode and ATLAS.ti. He holds an MPhil in Demography from the University of Cape Town and an MSc in Statistics from Addis Ababa University.
ADMINISTRATIVE & FINANCE ASSISTANT
Zufan Belete
Zufan supports Node’s administration, recruitment, accounting and finance. She brings more than two years of experience as an accountant and cashier across different organizations.
DIRECTOR
Belay Mulat
Belay brings more than 12 years of evaluation experience across climate change, nutrition, agriculture, WASH, food security and education in rural and urban contexts.
He has coordinated large-scale evaluations and works across proposal development, inception, field training, analysis and reporting. He holds master’s degrees in Development Economics and Population Studies.
PROGRAMMER
Libnedengel Tesfaye
A computer engineering graduate of Addis Ababa University with six years of technology and research experience.
He specializes in SurveyCTO, ODK and Kobo programming, XLSForm design, field-team training, Stata and SPSS syntax, GIS, dashboards, web and software development, and technical user manuals.
